Ingredients - 2 Lbs. cubed Lamb
- 6 small Potatoes (cut)
- 4 cut Carrots
- 3 small Zucchini (cut)
- 1 C. Water
- 1 large, chopped Onion
- 1 small Can Green Beans (drained)
- 4 cut Celery Stalks
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce or Solid Pack Tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown meat well; add onion and brown slightly. Add tomato, salt and pepper and allow to simmer for about 45 minutes. Add zucchini, carrots, celery and water. Continue cooking for 30 min. and add potatoes. Add green beans during the last 10 min. of cooking time. Almost any kind of vegetable can be added to this stew.
