Ingredients
    Crust:
    • 1 C. Flour
    • 2 T. Sugar
    • 1/2 C. Margarine
    Filling:
    • 3 Egg Yolks
    • 1-1/2 C. Sugar
    • 1/2 C. Cream
    • 3 C. diced Rhubarb
    • 2 T. Flour
    Meringue:
    • 3 egg whites
    • 2 T. Sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. Salt

    Directions

    Mix ingredients for crust and pat into 9-in. square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Filling - Beat Egg yolks and add cream, flour and sugar. Place rhubarb on crust and pour filling mixture over it. Bake 35 min. at 350 degrees. Meringue - Beat eggs whites until stiff and add sugar and salt gradually. Spread on top of baked torte and return to oven until brown.
