Ingredients - 1 lb. can salmon
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 2 t. onion, grated
- 1 t. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 3 T. parsley, snipped
Directions
Drain and flake salmon, remove skin and bones. Combine salmon and next 6 ingredients, mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture in 8x12-inch log. Roll in mixture of pecans and parsley. Chill well. Serve with crackers. |
