Ingredients - 1 lb. hamburger
- 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup minute rice
- 1 small can of tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. to 1 T. chili powder
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder equal to one clove
- 2 can chili beans with juice, (kidney beans)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup sliced black olives
Directions
Brown meat and onions. Add to casserole dish; add seasoning, beans, and tomatoes or sauce. Stir. Add rice, stir. Sprinkle top with cheese and olives. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes with cover off.
