Ingredients
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup minute rice
  • 1 small can of tomatoes or tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. to 1 T. chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder equal to one clove
  • 2 can chili beans with juice, (kidney beans)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced black olives

Directions


Brown meat and onions. Add to casserole dish; add seasoning, beans, and tomatoes or sauce. Stir. Add rice, stir.
Sprinkle top with cheese and olives. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes with cover off.
