Ingredients
  • 1 (18 1/4 oz.) spice cake mix
  • 1 cup cooked or canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz.)

Directions

In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, water, oil, and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until cake is done. Let cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
