Ingredients - 2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- Topping:
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
Directions
Mix the above ingredients together and put into a 9 x 13 greased pan. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour at 350 degrees.
